By using the tools provided on this website (including but not limited to the SEO Auditor, Accessibility Auditor, UX Engine, and Search Console Data Engine), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Description of Service

Clayton Kessler provides a suite of web-based diagnostic and reporting tools designed to evaluate technical website performance, search engine optimization (SEO), user experience (UX), and web accessibility. These tools are provided "as-is" for informational and professional use.

3. Google API Usage & Data Privacy

Certain tools, specifically the Search Console Data Engine, utilize Google Identity Services (OAuth 2.0) to request read-only access to your Google Search Console data.

• No Data Retention: We strictly query this data in real-time to generate your on-screen report. We do not store, log, save, or cache your Search Console data, access tokens, or personal account information on our servers.
• Read-Only Access: Our application only requests the `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly` scope. We cannot modify, delete, or alter your web properties.
• Revoking Access: You may revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings page.

4. Limitations of Liability

The reports generated by the IGNIS DI tool suite are based on programmatic analysis, third-party APIs (including Google PageSpeed Insights), and automated heuristics. We do not guarantee that resolving issues highlighted in these reports will result in specific search engine rankings, increased traffic, or financial gain.

In no event shall Clayton Kessler be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of these tools or reliance on the generated reports.

5. Fair Use

Our tools are designed for individual developers, agencies, and website owners. Automated scraping, reverse engineering, or intentionally overloading our diagnostic APIs with malicious volume is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate IP banning.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the tools after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
